Information we collect

The sourcing request form may collect contact details, company or buyer type, product requirements, quantity, budget, timeline, destination and optional project notes.

How it will be used

Submitted information will be used to assess sourcing feasibility, prepare next steps and communicate about the request. Confidential product files will not be requested in the initial form.

Service providers and retention

Sourcing requests are collected through Tally. The data location, retention period and deletion process have not yet been published; these details will be added before public launch.
